We do not collect any personal data

Penthouse Basketball 2 does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

The app works entirely offline

The app requires no internet connection to function. It makes no network requests, so nothing about your play session ever leaves your headset.

What stays on your device

• Your in-game scores, which are held in memory for the session only.
• Nothing else. The app writes no save files containing personal data.

Sensor and tracking data

Like any VR app, Penthouse Basketball 2 receives head and controller position from the headset in order to draw the world and let you pick things up. This data is used only to render the current frame. It is never recorded, stored or transmitted.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, regardless of age.

Meta's platform

The app is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Your purchase, download and any platform features are governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not this one. Citiview Studios does not receive personal data from Meta about individual users.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
